Cefaclor Oral Suspension 125mg consists of Cefaclor an antibiotic which acts by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell wall, a protective covering needed for survival of the bacteria. It thereby harms the bacterial cell wall and kills the bacterial cell. Thus it prevents the bacterial infection from growing.
